Dough-licious news for Cheltenham foodies, Bosco Pizzeria has revealed that it will be opening its doors on Thursday 19 May 2022.
The new Italian eatery is the first restaurant to take residency at the Quadrangle, which has undergone a multi-million-pound renovation to become a dynamic work and social space for Cheltenham, overlooking Imperial Gardens.
With two venues in Bristol and another in Bath, the Cheltenham pizzeria will be Bosco’s fourth venture, hosting a menu of simple yet flavoursome dishes – including its wood-fired pizzas, pastas, cured meats and authentic side dishes.
Inspired by Naples, New York and San Francisco, the pizza parlour will have an impressive open kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven, creating a modern and vibrant dining space that’s perfect for lunch dates with friends, special family dinners or grabbing a bite to eat after a day in the office.
Bosco Pizzeria is currently taking bookings and will provide both dine in and takeaway options when it opens on Thursday 19 May 2022.
