Berkeley Castle is introducing a new Gloucestershire farmers' market at the Kitchen Garden restaurant, taking place on the third Sunday of every month from July 2024.

Shop local for fresh produce, handmade gifts and artisan treats at Berkeley Castle's brand-new farmers' market, launching this month.

Set to become a regular feat on the third Sunday of every month, the first farmers' market at the popular Gloucestershire attraction takes place on Sunday 21 July 2024.

Taking over the Kitchen Garden, Berkeley Castle's stylish new restaurant space, from 10am to 3pm, the new market features stalls from local suppliers, farmers and artists.

Connect with Gloucestershire-based food producers selling everything from cheese and meat to freshly baked bread; homemade cakes, fudge and other sweet treats, including 'free from' produce; as well as jams and chutneys, honey and wine.

Representing local craftspeople, too, expect to find vendors trading handmade crafts and jewellery, soap and flowers at Berkeley Castle's farmers' market.

It's the second new farmers' market to launch in Gloucestershire this summer, after Elkstone Studios revealed plans to host two farmers' markets a month from its site between Cheltenham and Cirencester.
