For one weekend only, the world’s first pigs in blankets restaurant is opening near Gloucestershire, serving up a menu packed with porky treats featuring the nation’s festive favourite – bacon wrapped sausages.

The PIB café will transform and replace Pigsty at Bristol’s Wapping Wharf until Sunday 5 December 2021.

Not only will the Christmas sausage feature in savoury dishes, it’ll be in sweet dishes and drinks as well, with PIBfiteroles and Bucks PIBfizz on offer for revellers.

What’s more, the restaurant has teased pictures of a pigs in blanket trifle and sushi via social media, too.

For more information, or to book a table, call Pigsty on (0117) 9297700.
