Cheltenham’s new restaurant Yogan promises to ‘put you into the heart of Japanese culture.’

A brand new Japanese restaurant is set to open in Cheltenham later this month.

Yogan will be located on Bath Road in the former home of Club Covert, next to The Miller, and will welcome customers through its doors on Monday 17 May 2021.

Cheltenham’s new Japanese restaurant promises a ‘mellow atmosphere, golden Japanese whiskies, divine cocktails and fresh sake,’ with its chefs having worked at acclaimed restaurants including Nobu, Hakkasan, Saka No Hanna and with celebrity chef James Martin, according to its social media posts.

Yogan’s new menu is set to include katsu curries, gyoza, tempura, teriyaki, ramen and more. And sushi fans won’t be disappointed, with a whole menu dedicated to just that.
