Cheltenham’s food scene is set to get a brand-new arrival as CIRCO Brasserie is set to open in the town in December 2021.

The new restaurant will be situated on Cheltenham’s busy Bath Road and will be open for all day dining.

While a menu for the brasserie has not yet been released, a teaser on the venue’s website says it will be serving ‘freshly ground coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner and a Sunday roast for the family.’

Its website also revealed that the chefs at CIRCO ‘will be looking to the Cotswolds for the ingredients to make up the menu for British plates and European classics.’

It is part of the JM Socials group who already own the likes of Holee Cow and Prithvi and are also launching BAO & BBQ in Cheltenham’s Regent Street and Holee Clucker in Suffolk Road in 2021.

CIRCO is due to open in December 2021 with an official opening date yet to be announced.
