With the summer holidays fast approaching, Gloucester Quays has put together a packed programme of events and activities to keep visitors coming back throughout the season.
Foodies won't want to miss the Gloucester Quays Food Festival, which brings Great British Bake Off stars Sandro Farmhouse, Janusz Domagała, Crystelle Pereira and Freya Cox to the stage in Gloucester for the first time, alongside chef and entrepreneur Levi Roots and Bake Off — The Professionals judge Cherish Finden — with Gloucester Quays also giving SoGlos readers the chance to win an epic family day out plus a meet and greet with one of the celebrity chefs at the food festival.
Families have plenty of fun activities to enjoy throughout the summer, as Barbie hits the big screen at Cineworld on Friday 21 July 2023, with photo opportunities, themed cocktails and more to celebrate. There's also the Strongman Champions League, taking place on Saturday 12 August 2023, plus free seed planting workshops, Superhero School and kids eating free with a paying adult at Bill's and The Real Greek throughout the summer holidays.
Shopaholics can get their fill in the summer sale, with up to 70 per cent off Murmur bed linen at Bedeck; up to 70 per cent off at Ted Baker; up to 60 per cent off at Denby; and up to 50 per cent off at Dune, as well as big savings at Pro Cook, Asics and Trespass. There's also two for £30 on men's and women's t shirts at Weird Fish throughout July.
The brand-new PUMA store opened at the centre in June 2023 too, with impressive savings against the RRP on a range of men's, women's and children's clothing and sportswear, ideal for back to school sports essentials.
