Three of Gloucestershire’s towns and cities have been named in the top 10 most pet-friendly places to live in the south west – with Stroud taking the top spot.
With the highest number of groomers and training centres for pets, as well as homes that are above-average in size, the Gloucestershire market town is perfect for pampered pooches.
Stroud also ranks as the sixth most pet-friendly place to live in the UK, out of 133 locations, making it into the top 10 for property size and the top 20 for training centres, pet-friendly restaurants and pet-friendly days out.
Tewkesbury was the second most pet-friendly place to live in the south west with Gloucester ranking fourth.
The data was compiled by WeBuyAnyHome comparing facilities for pets with average house prices.
