A new escape room that has been curated by a former GCHQ Intelligence Officer is opening in Cheltenham this June 2021.

Mission: Intercept from Escape Entertainment is a Second World War-inspired escape room which gives budding codebreakers 60 minutes to try and crack the Enigma code, uncovering the mystery of the stolen D-Day plans at Bletchley Park.

The game is designed to create a highly immersive experience, using MI6 intelligence techniques to solve the clues.

Perfect for history fans, the game will also include plenty of easter eggs linking to the true events of war.

Located at Coombe Hill, just off the A38 between Gloucester, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham, the escape room is also designed to be accessible with wheelchair friendly access and facilities throughout.

Mission: Intercept from Escape Entertainment is due to open on Friday 25 June 2021, with tickets costing from £60.00.
