The National Express offer to help families travel for less follows a recent poll of customers which found that one in five people are planning on travelling more this Christmas compared to last year.

Families visiting their loved ones or heading off to festive events and attractions this Christmas can take advantage of a special offer from National Express, with thousands of children able to travel for free.

National Express has made 10,000 free seats available for children aged 15 and under who're travelling with a fare-paying adult, between Wednesday 11 December 2024 and Monday 6 January 2025.

The company says the offer allows families to enjoy 'reliable, comfortable and stress-free coach travel to hundreds of destinations across the UK, without breaking the bank', whether it's heading home for a family reunion or enjoying festive events and attractions.

Gloucestershire families can catch the National Express from a host of stops in the county, including Gloucester, Cheltenham and Cirencester, to visit a number of UK destinations including London and Birmingham.

Services are running throughout the festive season including on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

National Express says the 10,000 seats are available 'while stocks last'. Those looking to take advantage of the offer should use the promo code FREEKIDS when booking.
