Described as an opportunity to perform, build confidence and make new friends, the Everyman Theatre’s youth theatre workshops are returning in September 2020, for the new academic year.
The youth theatre’s three groups, suitable for ages from four to 20, enable children and young people to experience different theatrical styles, work with theatre professionals on a variety of skills, as well as perform.
The weekly sessions in Cheltenham launch on Monday 21 September 2020, with prices starting from £50 per term. Bursaries are also available giving children free places if their family is on a low income.
The Youth Theatre: EveryKid group, for ages four to seven, takes place on Saturdays and costs £50.
There are two groups, Youth Theatre: Act One, Youth Theatre: Scene One and Youth Theatre: Devise, for ages eight to 12, taking place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, costing £55.
And four groups, Youth Theatre: Act Two, Youth Theatre: Scene Two, Youth Theatre: Evolve and Youth Theatre: Legacy, for ages 13 to 20, taking place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, costing £65.
