West country band, The Wurzels will be taking to the stage at Cheltenham Racecourse’s November Meeting, as part of the Countryside Day on Friday 15 November 2019.
Providing racegoers with an evening of nostalgic sing-a-long entertainment, The Wurzels will perform their biggest hits including ‘Combine Harvester’ and ‘I Am A Cider Drinker’ in the Centaur after the racing action.
What’s more, The Wurzels’ performance is free of charge for Club and Tattersalls ticket holders, and racegoers can also expect to see the four-piece band taking part in many of the countryside-themed activities during the day too.
Speaking about the announcement, The Wurzels said: ‘It’s much too long since The Wurzels performed in Cheltenham, so don’t miss out, come along and see us live on stage.’
The largest race meet aside from Festivalâ„¢ presented by Magners, The November Meeting will take place from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 November 2019 and includes Countryside Day, the BetVictor Gold Cup and Family Fun Day.
