Gloucestershire's back on the telly, as the fourth episode of Channel 4's popular docu-series, A Cotswold Farmshop, airs on Monday 28 August 2023.

So far the programme, which takes a look inside operations at Gloucester Services on the M5, has featured a handful of Gloucestershire businesses that supply to the service station's farmshop and kitchen — from Woodchester Valley Vineyard to Jonathan Crump's Gloucester Cheeses.

The fourth episode stars Artisan Baker's Ori Hellerstein, as he finds out whether his unique range of vegan pastries will be sold on the service station's bread table.

Viewers will also see the team at The Artisan Baker, which already supplies bread to Gloucester Services, run into some trouble with their fridge and farmshop manager Nuno put the vegan pastries to the test.

The episode also features sausage roll makers Cinderhill Farm, based near the Forest of Dean village of St Briavels.

As well as picking up The Artisan Baker's produce from Gloucester Services, foodies can browse its full range at its flagship bakery in Stroud's Five Valleys Shopping Centre, which features in the documentary, or its second store in Cheltenham's Quadrangle.

Episode four of A Cotswold Farmshop is on Channel 4 at 8pm on Monday 28 August 2023.
