Celebrating the beauty of plants, beautiful gardens, breathing spaces and wildlife in the garden, this new exhibition showcases the wonders of nature.

Hidcote Manor Garden, near Broadway, is hosting the International Garden Photographer of the Year exhibition from Friday 8 September to Sunday 5 November 2023.

The exhibition also features award-winning images from Highlights of Hidcote, a celebration of the Cotswold garden’s 75 years in the National Trust’s care.

International Garden Photographer of the Year is one of the world's most respected photography competitions and it's the first time the touring exhibition has been shown at Hidcote.

Comprising of 28 artwork sides displayed on 14 panels, the outdoor exhibition features a selection of higher-placed images from across the world, in categories such as The Beauty of Plants, Beautiful Gardens, Breathing Spaces and Wildlife in the Garden.

General manager of Hidcote, Chris Charman, said hosting the exhibition is a fitting celebration of gardens as a place of inspiration, creativity and solace.

Charman said: ‘We are excited to be hosting the International Garden Photographer of the Year exhibition at Hidcote during our 75th year.

'It is fitting that a garden which has inspired so many will be showcasing such an inspirational collection of images this autumn, including the special category Highlights of Hidcote which includes some stunning images.’

The exhibition is free to enter, but standard entry to Hidcote or National Trust membership applies.
