After keeping her fans in the dark for months, Cheltenham based singer and performer Camilla Lewington, has finally announced her latest exciting challenge.
She’ll be singing on the BBC’s new Saturday night singing show, All Together Now on 17 February 2018. In the fourth episode, a mix of talented singers take to the stage to perform in front of ‘The 100’, a panel of music experts and performers from all over the UK.
If any of the panel like what they hear, they can stand up, join in and sing along. The greater the number that join in, the higher the act’s score.
Speaking to SoGlos about the appearance, Camilla said: ‘It was an absolute dream being given such an amazing opportunity! I had the best time! Everyone was incredible, and we were treated with the utmost respect.
‘I’m most excited that my daughter is going to see her Mummy on television…if that doesn’t say ‘anything is possible’ I don’t know what does! I want her to grow up believing anything is possible, even going for you dreams!’
Camilla hit the headlines in 2017, after a viral video campaign called #BeatTheBlues. For a whole month she filmed herself singing in her car, raising awareness for mental health problems and spreading positivity through music.
You can watch Camilla on All Together Now on Saturday 17 February 2018 at 7.15pm on BBC One.
