Returning to Australia after a two-year hiatus, ITV’s survival reality show I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here kicks off its 22nd series on Sunday 6 November 2022 and Gloucestershire resident Mike Tindall MBE is among the star-studded line-up.
Speaking ahead of his debut, former Gloucester rugby player Tindall revealed he is looking forward to taking part in the trials, but will miss his family, his podcast series and the rugby Internationals this autumn.
He also said his dream camper would be Samuel L. Jackson and that he anticipates his positivity will see him take on the role of morning motivator during his time in the camp.
Tindall will be joined by stars including pop icon Boy George, radio DJ Chris Moyles, Coronation Street’s Sue Cleaver (Eileen Grimshaw) and England Lioness Jill Scott MBE.
While voting is already open to determine which of them will be made Jungle VIPs, or ‘Very Isolated People’, who will spend their first night stranded on an island and face the first trial of the series, fans of the show will have to wait longer for late addition MP Matt Hancock to make an appearance.
The new series of ITV's I’m a Celebrity… starts at 9pm on Sunday 6 November 2022.
