Barn on the Farm was due to take place at Over Farm in Gloucester in June 2021, but organisers have decided to postpone this year’s festival.

The organisers of Barn on the Farm 2021 have announced that the festival is being postponed until next year.

The four-day event was due to take place at Over Farm in Gloucester on Thursday 1 to Sunday 4 July 2021 but instead it will now be held from Thursday 30 June to Sunday 3rd July 2022.

All tickets for the 2021 event will now be eligible for the 2022 festival with refunds also being offered to all ticket holders too.

A statement from the event said: ‘Although the government roadmap is running on track, with us falling only 10 days after the end date for restrictions lifting we feel there remains too much uncertainty.

‘This, coupled alongside the lack of appropriate government backed cancellation insurance, has rendered this year unfortunately too great a risk for us to continue planning in the festival’s current format.

‘This has been an incredibly tough decision to make, especially after the disappointment of last year, but as a team we feel this is the best option.’
