The Sub Rooms is encouraging individuals to make new connections and foster friendships within the county at its 'No Solo Supper' dining event.

The Sub Rooms in Stroud is on a mission to put an end to lonesome dining, enabling individuals to meet new people, enjoy delicious home-cooked food and strike up authentic conversations at its monthly 'No Solo Supper' dining events.

Allowing people to make new connections and foster friendships within the county, The Sub Rooms has created the special supper club to combat the rise of digitalised communication and ensure that no one eats alone.

Inspired by long table dining, the community venue reorganises its cosy cafe into a communal dining space for the evening.

Each No Solo Supper has a carefully designed menu by The Sub Rooms' Central Bar and Kitchen chef, Lynsey, with tickets costing £15 per head for a two-course menu.

This month's offering includes stuffed vine leaves served with kalamata olives, hummus and an olive and balsamic dip to start; either lamb or vegetable moussaka served with a Greek salad; and a selection of desserts available on the night.

Tickets are currently available for this month's supper club, taking place on Thursday 29 June 2023.

For more information or to book, call The Sub Rooms on (01453) 796880.
