Designed by qualified sports scientist, Patrick Sword, Alchemy 16 is a one-of-a-kind private fitness and luxury wellness studio that's just opened in Cheltenham.

A unique new addition to the town's buzzing health and fitness scene, Alchemy 16 — which is located on the picturesque Imperial Square — promises the perfect blend of luxury, style and fitness in a fully supportive and private environment, specialising in tailored personal training and wellbeing services in its exclusive setting.

In modern times, alchemy is seen as a metaphor for personal transformation and self-improvement — and Alchemy 16 believes everyone has the potential to transform themselves, turning weaknesses into strengths and creating an enriching life they truly want.

And this can all be achieved by incorporating the cutting-edge fitness techniques and focus on holistic wellness that Alchemy 16 offers, whether through one-to-one or two-to-one bespoke personal training, or lifestyle coaching, mindfulness and wellbeing support.

The Grade II listed building has been kitted out with state-of-the-art equipment, such as a handmade YA'Fi vegan leather punch bag; the world's most advanced indoor bike designed by NOHrD; the latest generation WaterRower; customised swing weights; and a sleek TriaTrainer; plus an extensive range of luxury strength, wellness and cardio equipment.

Offering fully bespoke and tailor-made programmes to suit each client's needs and help them to reach their individual fitness and transformation goals, Alchemy 16 also aims to assist with lifestyle coaching, mindfulness and wellbeing support, too, with an in-house International Coaching Federation certified coach, Bibi Bloemink.

This unique service helps members target specific areas, from stress management, anxiety support and recovery from illness to meditation and mindfulness, to achieve optimal wellbeing, with the team supporting every member to fulfil their potential.

Whether you're working a nine-to-five in the office, or have the ability choose your own work schedule, Alchemy 16 has availability to suit all members with its flexible hours, offering sessions from 6.30am up to 8.30pm.

One-to-one bespoke personal training costs from £50 per session, with discounts available for block bookings. A promotional launch offer gives five sessions for the price of four.

Alchemy 16 also offers free members' parking on-site.
