The Compton Gallery in Withington is hosting a special exhibition from Battersea’s Quantum Contemporary Art gallery – with a rare chance to explore and buy the work of 25 of its artists.
With examples of representational painting, drawing and sculpture by acclaimed and award-winning artists, the Cotswolds exhibition will be free to visit and is open from Wednesday 15 to Sunday 19 September 2021 – with refreshments including pastries and Bucks Fizz available on Saturday 18 September 2021, and sausage rolls and Bloody Mary’s on Sunday 19 September 2021.
Representing popular artists like Alison Pullen and Marie Ange Daudé, Quantum Contemporary Art is a regular at art fairs all over the world from New York to Hong Kong and has been described by the Independent as the ‘patron of young, up-and-coming artists’.
For anyone looking to start or expand their collection, all of the artwork on display at the exhibition will be available to buy, with prices ranging from £800 to £8,000.
The Cotswolds exhibition is set to be a must-visit for Gloucestershire art lovers.
