The ultimate Cotswolds road trip is back! Join a unique, navigational car rally hosted by Gloucestershire Community Foundation and Oasis Events this summer, discovering secret locations and beauty spots throughout the Gloucestershire countryside.

A charity event with a difference, everyone's invited to join this fun, full-day rally through the Cotswolds on Sunday 30 June 2024, which aims to raise vital funds for GCF's Poverty Hurts Appeal.

Starting at The Feathered Nest near Stow-on-the-Wold between 9.30am and 10am, the mystery route will be revealed on the drive, with a navigational quiz to work through with your co-driver to find your way.

While the check points are kept secret, participants can expect a special pit stop at the home of Jeremy Clarkson's Cotswold lager, Hawkstone Brewery, along the route!

Enjoy VIP access to the brewery, hosted by Hawkstone's master brewer, with a sample to whet your whistle before making tracks.

The rally finishes at Stowell Park, one of the county's finest private estates, for a sumptuous supper hosted by Lord Vestey.

Plus, there's the chance to win some spectacular auction prizes on the day, ranging from a money-can't-buy shooting day experience on a private estate; spa day at Whatley Manor Hotel; six-course tasting menu at The Feathered Nest; to a private box at Arsenal.

Although competitive, this rally isn't about speed... the way to win is to take your time and keep your eyes peeled along the journey, to answer the most quiz questions correctly. The car with the highest score wins!

GCF's Great Escape car rally raises funds for its Poverty Hurts Appeal, supporting the most vulnerable people in Gloucestershire — with an estimated third of the county's children affected by poverty in both urban and rural communities.

Tickets are valued at £145, but cost just £85 per person, with participants encouraged to consider donating the difference to the Poverty Hurts Appeal.

The price includes breakfast at The Feathered Nest, refreshment stops along the way and a fire-cooked supper at the finishing point, served up by Reeka Events.

All cars are welcome to join the rally, with a minimum of two people per vehicle required to take part.

GCF's Great Escape, supported by Oasis Events, takes place on Sunday 30 June 2024.
