Cheltenham Music Festival tickets will go on general sale from Wednesday 22 April 2020.

Tickets were originally planned to go on general sale from Wednesday 25 March 2020, but organisers have delayed making tickets available due to the current social distancing advice from the government.

It’s uncertain how long social distancing measures will remain in place, but organisers anticipate that the festival will go ahead as planned from Friday 3 to Sunday 12 July 2020.

Festivals director Ian George said: ‘We are hopeful that our Music Festival in July can still go ahead, so have taken the decision to delay the on sale. During the next three weeks we hope that we will all have a clearer understanding of the impact of the COVID 19 virus on our daily lives into July when the Festival takes place.

‘The safety of our audiences, artists, staff and volunteers remains our top priority, so we will continue to monitor the situation carefully and take appropriate action if required.’
