Two new directors appointed to boost senior leadership team at Lodders

National law firm, Lodders Solicitors, has announced the appointment of two new directors to boost its management board.

Grace Walton and James Hamilton are joining the Lodders senior leadership team in its HR and IT departments respectively.

Lodders Solicitors, a national law firm with a branch in Cheltenham, has announced the appointment of a duo of directors to boost its senior leadership team.

Grace Walton, a HR specialist, is joining the Lodders team as its people and culture director, while James Hamilton is set to become its IT director.

In her new role, Grace will lead and coordinate the delivery of the firm's strategic and operational HR function; its people initiatives and talent management activities, in addition to continuing to grow the HR team.

James is set to deliver a technology strategy aligned with Lodders' overall business aims whilst leading the high-performing IT team.

Paul Mourton, managing partner at Lodders said: 'With a strong background and in-depth understanding of the legal sector, both Grace and James are proven candidates, who will help drive the next stage of Lodders’ development and growth.'
