Three female residential agents promoted to directors at Savills branch in the Cotswolds

Savills announces four promotions across its Cotswolds business, with members of its residential sales team becoming directors.

Catherine Scandrett, Zoe White and Plum Fenton are appointed to directors at Savills.

Three residential sales agents working across the Cotswolds have been promoted to directors at Savills, with a further associate director being appointed within the agency's Cheltenham team.

Catherine Scandrett, based in Banbury, Zoe White, who works in the Oxford office, and Plum Fenton, who heads up the firm's country department in the Cotswolds, have all been promoted.

Plum said: 'For me, the recent promotions in our region highlight the strong and inclusive culture at Savills.

'I am fiercely proud to work alongside such a dynamic powerhouse of residential agents. Not only is it a delight to be part of but a focus on collaborative working really gives us the edge when it comes to delivering for our clients.’

Additionally, Omer Basharat is appointed to associate director for the Savills residential development sales team in Cheltenham.

Nicola Horner, head of residential development sales for the south central region, said: 'With over a decade of experience in real estate, Omer has been a considerable asset to our Cheltenham team for more than four years and thoroughly deserves his promotion to associate director.’
