Persimmon Homes adds new commercial director to its Severn Valley team

National housebuilder Persimmon Homes announces the appointment of a new commercial director to manage its Severn Valley commercial team.

Nick Lloyd is promoted to commercial director within the Severn Valley team at housebuilder Permisson Homes.

Newbuild specialist Persimmon Homes has announced its newest hiring, a commercial director within its Severn Valley team.

After 14 years in the business, Nick Lloyd has been promoted to the role to oversee all the commercial operations, as well as the day-to-day management of the Severn Valley commercial team, which covers Bristol, Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Stroud.

Nick has worked in various roles at Persimmon Homes, including quantity surveyor, senior surveyor, advancing to chief surveyor prior to his new title. Before joining Persimmon, he held positions at Morgan Sindall Special Projects and other PLC developers such as Redrow and Barratt Homes.

He said: 'This is a really exciting time for the business and as a five-star housebuilder we are continuing to put customer experience, sustainability and affordability at the heart of what we do.

'I’m looking forward to working with the team to continue our focus on these areas and continue our growth across Severn Valley.'

Managing director at Persimmon Homes's Severn Valley team, Paul Moody, added: 'It is fantastic to see Nick take on his new role as he progresses within the business.
