Gloucestershire audit, accountancy and tax firm, Bishop Fleming, has appointed a new audit director, Tom Morrill, to its Cheltenham office, to tackle growth in the county.
The Cheltenham-based team has seen demand for the firm’s audit services increase substantially over the last 12 months, most notably in the owner-managed business market.
The past year has seen Bishop Fleming's audit department, in particular, grow significantly, with two new directors, two senior managers and nine other executives and associates all recruited into the team.
Tom's appointment will help Bishop Fleming keep up with the demand for auditing services across Gloucestershire, with the firm celebrating a very successful year for 2022-23, which saw its fee growth increase by double digits to over £43.1 million and audit revenue grow by over 20 per cent in the last two years.

Tom has almost a decade of audit and accountancy experience, particularly in industrial sectors such as waste management and construction.
