The Hollow Bottom pub in the picturesque Cotswold village of Guiting Power is known as the 'Festival pub' for its popularity with race fans and visitors to Cheltenham Festivals.

Have you ever pictured running a village pub with bedrooms? Then this could be the opportunity of a lifetime, as a country pub just 10 miles from Cheltenham seeks new tenants.

Set in the rural village of Guiting Power in the heart of the Cotswolds, The Hollow Bottom has long been heralded as the 'Festival pub' for its popularity among the racing community over the years. It is also a popular stop for walkers and cyclists exploring the area, too.

The country inn was previously leased by the Lucky Onion Group and more recently by Youngs Pubs.

Its current tenancy finishes in September 2025 and the owners — Innkeeping Ltd — are seeking enthusiastic new tenants.

Innkeeping Ltd is looking for couples, individuals or small pub companies who are brimming with 'energy and authenticity'.

Mark Giblin of Innkeeping Ltd said: ’It is a beautiful pub and full of character. A brilliant venue for not only racegoers but also families, walkers and cyclists passing through.

'There is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of a special village community, in the heart of the Cotswolds.'
