Sean Rayner has made a big impression on managed service provider ReformIT in just 22 months, after starting as an entry-level first-line support engineer back in January 2023.
Now just two weeks into his new role helping to bolster the senior leadership team as service delivery manager at its Cheltenham headquarters, Sean's promotion has been hard-earnt, with Sarah Smith, director of marketing and operations, praising the 'extensive handover' he had to complete first.
Sarah continued: 'Sean applied for this role and was shortlisted along with two external candidates. He showed us that he has, not only the skills and experience, but also the aptitude and goals that made him perfect for the position.
