Sean Rayner has made a big impression on managed service provider ReformIT in just 22 months, after starting as an entry-level first-line support engineer back in January 2023.
Now just two weeks into his new role helping to bolster the senior leadership team as service delivery manager at its Cheltenham headquarters, Sean's promotion has been hard-earnt, with Sarah Smith, director of marketing and operations, praising the 'extensive handover' he had to complete first.
