New associate director at Cheltenham chartered surveyors looks forward to serving as 'role model and mentor' for women in industry

A senior surveyor at a leading Cheltenham-based firm has been rewarded for her contribution to its growth and success over the past six years, with a promotion to associate director this September 2024.

New associate director at Cheltenham-based firm KBW, Laura Hatten, says she is grateful for the 'unwavering support' she has received during her time with the company.

Leading Cheltenham-based chartered surveyors, KBW, has appointed a new associate director to its senior team this September 2024.

Laura Hatten has been promoted to the role after six years with the firm, building on providing strategic advice to clients in commercial agency, lease advisory and valuation services as a senior surveyor.

Established in 2007, the Gloucestershire-based independent firm offers a broad range of property services throughout the UK, boasting an extensive market knowledge of the commercial property sector.

The firm advises a range of clients including landlords and tenants, investors and developers, working with big names like SuperDry Plc, Arla Foods and French Connection, along with Gloucestershire-based firms like Hazlewoods and Robert Hitchens.

In her new role as associate director, Laura will use her expertise to drive growth and success for the company, while serving as 'a role model and mentor' for other women in the industry.

Richard Knightley, senior director at KBW, says that Laura's 'deserved' promotion is testament to her hard work during her time with the firm.
