National award wins for Gloucestershire estate agent

A firm of estate agents from Gloucestershire founded by two friends 25 years ago is ending 2022 on a high with top honours at a national awards.

An estate agents founded in Gloucestershire by two friends some 25 years ago has just marked the end of a very special year in style by winning a gold and two silvers in a prestigious national property industry awards.

The Property Centre, started in 1997 by Steve Jones and Stuart Nash in Tuffley, Gloucester, received the accolades at The Negotiator Awards 2022.

The winners were announced at a gala dinner attended by over 950 guests and hosted by TV presenter and comedian Stephen Mangan at the five-star Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London.

Jones, now senior partner at The Property Centre, said: ‘It's a great honour to receive these awards in recognition of the hard work our teams put into providing the best service.

‘Our customers are the very heart of our business and we’ve built our success on reputation.’

These latest accolades make a total of 10 awards in 2022 for the business now headquartered in Quedgeley, with 10 offices across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire and an average rating of 4.8 out of five from over 1,000 Google reviews.

The two silvers at The Negotiator Awards 2022 were in the South West Agency of the Year and the Lettings Agency of the Year categories, with the gold being awarded in the East and West Midlands Agency of the Year category.
