The Gothic Victorian manor house is set in 14 acres of mature parkland, with Bishop's Cleeve village shops just a mile away and access to Cheltenham town centre in just 10 minutes.

A historic Victorian manor house in Bishop's Cleeve has reopened this February 2024 as part of Regus's ultra contemporary flexible workspaces.

The Grade II listed manor house, which is part of the wider Grange Park business campus, has been extensively renovated and upgraded to offer stylish, high-tech dedicated desks, private offices and meeting rooms, with ultra-fast wifi, breakout areas and parking.

The manor house, which has four floors of space, was built in 1865 and served over 70 years as a family home before being bought in 1939 by Smiths Industries. Smiths, which made hairsprings for aviation clocks for Spitfires and other iconic aircraft, was housed in the manor until 1982.

With locations already open in Tewkesbury and Gloucester, Grange Park is the first site in Cheltenham for Regus, a national provider of serviced offices.

The provider, which is part of the global IWG group, has a 10-year agreement for the manor house, which has been converted for SMEs, freelancers and hybrid workers, who can access more than 100 desks and co-working spaces, on the 14-acre parkland campus which is currently undertaking multi-million-pound improvements.

Almost two thirds of the 8,000 sq ft manor house has already been booked, following data-processing firm Capita's newly signed agreement for use of the offices in the adjacent 1990s building, The Grange.

Mark Dixon, CEO and founder of IWG, said: 'We are establishing a stronger and much needed footprint in Cheltenham with this latest opening. As an important business hub, Grange Park is a fantastic place for us to boost our expansion plans.

'The need for high-quality flexible workspaces continues to soar as hybrid working becomes the new normal. We are very pleased to work in partnership with the landlord to develop the Regus brand by adding a cutting-edge workspace to their campus.

'Our opening in Cheltenham comes at a time when more and more companies are discovering that flexible working boosts employee happiness and satisfaction, while helping the environment. Our workplace model is also proven to increase productivity and allows for a business to scale up or down at significantly reduced costs.'

Regus joins businesses Polo Works, CapitaVocovo and Kiwa which occupy offices in the main building at Grange Park, with further announcements to follow.
