WARNERS is looking to the future with the introduction of two huge new global motoring brands Omoda (pictured) and Jaecoo.

It's an exciting time for Gloucestershire family motor firm WARNERS, as it introduces two new dynamic brands, Omoda and Jaecoo, at its Gloucester showroom.

WARNERS has been appointed as one of only 75 exclusive dealerships in the UK to represent the cutting-edge car brands Omoda and Jaecoo.

These brands are owned by Chery, a leading Chinese automaker that has been the country's top car exporter for over two decades and is among the fastest-growing global players in the automotive industry.

Managing director Mark Jones said: 'We are thrilled about the exciting range of models we will soon offer our customers, including the Omoda 7, Omoda 9, and eventually the compact Omoda 3 SUV.

'In addition to Omoda, we’re introducing a brand-new off-road brand, Jaecoo. The name 'Jaecoo' is a fusion of the German word 'Jäger' meaning hunter and the English word 'cool', embodying both rugged off-road capability and urban sophistication.

'This brand represents a refined style and quality, symbolising a mission of brave exploration and unwavering perseverance.

'The Jaecoo 7 is a premium SUV set to compete with models like the Audi Q3 and Range Rover Evoque. It will be available with both hybrid and electric powertrains, and we expect to have these in our showroom by January 2025.'

With nearly 1.9 million vehicles sold globally last year, Omoda and Jaecoo are described as redefining automotive excellence with advanced technology, innovative design, and unparalleled performance.

Built with a futuristic vision, Omoda has an 'art in motion' philosophy behind it, bringing an avant-garde design to the market.

Omoda 5, a compact SUV, is where premium meets affordability, starting at £25,235; it competes with models like the Kia Sportage and Nissan Qashqai. It also has a seven-year or 100,000-mile warranty.

Arriving in September 2024, the Omoda E5 is a revolutionary electric SUV offering advanced technology, zero-emission driving with a luxurious and spacious interior, with prices starting at £33,055.

Test drives for the Omoda 5 and the E5 will begin in September, with a special test drive event scheduled from Friday 13 September to Tuesday 17 September 2024. This event offers drivers the opportunity to get behind the wheel of these vehicles.

The next exciting chapter begins in the new year with Jaecoo 7 arriving in January 2025.

The mid-size SUV, inspired by Land Rover Defender, merges a rugged aesthetic with modern luxury.

With a choice of petrol, plug-in hybrid or a 100 per cent electric powertrain with intelligent all-wheel drive, the Jaecoo 7 is designed to tackle city streets and unbeaten paths.
