Shoppers in Cheltenham can take advantage of Click and Collect at Primark for the first time, as the national chain rolls out the service in its Cheltenham store.
As part of its plans to roll out Click and Collect to all of its stores in Great Britain by summer 2025, Cheltenham's shoppers can make use of the service this February.
Cheltenham is one of 18 stores across England and Wales to benefit from the service for the first time this month, allowing customers to order items from its range of womenswear, menswear, kidswear and homeware online to pick up in-store.
The service also allows shoppers to browse and buy from an expanded product range, ordering items that might not be available in their local store as standard, including Primark's new adaptive clothing line, designed in partnership with campaigner Victoria Jenkins for people with disabilities.
Primark's UK retail director, Kari Rodgers, said: 'We know that our customers love the convenience that Click and Collect offers, as well as the opportunity to access ranges otherwise only found in larger stores. With the roll out now due to complete in time for summer we hope this will help make summer holiday shopping that little bit easier.'
With 2.3 million people citing Primark as the main reason for visiting their high street each week, the retail giant says the expansion of its Click and Collect service forms part of its ongoing investment into its stores to give shoppers greater convenience and choice, as well as more reasons to visit their local store and high street.
Independent research by Public First suggests that Primark contributes £2.6 billion to the UK economy, with every £10 spent at the store generating an additional £3.60 for the high street, supporting approximtely £1 billion of spending in other stores and £500 million in restaurants across the UK each year.
Customers can use the Click and Collect service at Primark on Cheltenham High Street from Wednesday 26 February 2025.
