Cheltenham property law firm Montpellier Legal is building on its reputation for excellence and efficiency by aiming to better serve buyers and sellers across the county with the opening of its third office, in Stroud, this summer 2024.
Founded in 2021, the firm provides property conveyancing services from its headquarters in Cheltenham — which opened just eight months ago in the Brewery Quarter — priding itself on the 'customer service and expertise of its experienced and knowledgeable team'.
Its expansion into Stroud, just a few months after its latest office in Quedgeley opened, is seen as 'a significant milestone' in the growth of the business, which will allow the team to continue to serve clients across a wider area and provide convenient access to specialised services.
CEO Simon Thomas said: 'We are thrilled to open our new office in Stroud and further enhance our presence in Gloucestershire.
'Having recently won a prestigious industry award, this expansion cements our dedication to providing top-notch conveyancing services to our clients and supporting them every step of the way in their property transactions.'
While the new office in Stroud will be staffed by experienced members of the existing team, it is also expected to provide new opportunities for recruitment.
'Moving into Stroud will open the door for yet more exceptional people to join our growing team', Simon added.
'We’ll be looking to recruit for several more positions and would encourage potential candidates to get in contact with us as soon as possible!'
