Gloucester-based insurance giant Ecclesiastical has appointed Lara Bealing as its new marketing director.
Lara brings 30 years of experience to the role, where she'll be heading up the UK marketing team with a focus on fulfilling the specialist insurer's ambitious growth plans to double its business over the next few years.
Previously the UK marketing director for Canada Life, where she spearheaded the implementation of consumer duty, Lara's varied career has seen her work for Aviva, AXA and Friends Life UK, leading on a variety of different projects from data and digital to customer experience, brand and marketing.
