Prosperity Care and Wellbeing, an award-winning Gloucestershire-based home care and supported living provider, is showing its appreciation and gratitude to its hard working staff and the individuals they support by throwing them the biggest of parties this summer.
Prosperity, which was recently a sponsor of the Restaurant of the Year category for the SoGlos Gloucestershire Lifestyle Awards 2023, has arranged a glamorous summer ball, taking place on Friday 11 August 2023 at the popular four-star Gloucester Robinswood spa hotel.
To celebrate its employees and all they do for the community, an awards ceremony will be held during the ball, with staff being treated to an incredible array of prizes donated by some of the SGGLA winners and finalists that the Prosperity management team met and connected with at the June 2023 awards ceremony at Dunkertons Organic Cider.
Prizes on the night include weekend getaways, rejuvenating spa breaks, additional paid wellbeing days and luxury meal vouchers for restaurants such as SGGLA Restaurant of the Year finalists, The Ivy Cheltenham and Bombay & Co. The Ivy Cheltenham has donated a luxury afternoon tea for two with champagne, whereas Bombay & Co has offered to host a feast for a whole team within the business.
Josh Isaac, director at Properity Care and Wellbeing, said: 'We are immensely proud of our employees and the incredible individuals we support. The Creating Champions Summer Ball Award Ceremony is a testament to our commitment to equality, inclusion and the unwavering support we provide to our staff and our customers.
'This event is an opportunity for us to express our gratitude, celebrate achievements and foster a sense of community within our organisation and extended family networks.'
Alongside its dedicated staff, the organisation has invited all the individuals and their families who receive its care services to the ball, offering them the chance to take the night off, put on their glad rags and join the celebrations.
The evening will honour the outstanding achievements of both staff members and the individuals they support, with awards for exceptional dedication, resilience, compassion and positive contributions made by the Prosperity Care and Wellbeing staff.
Issac continued: 'As a sponsor of the Restaurant of the Year SoGlos Gloucestershire Lifestyle Awards,
we made some really great connections with the best eateries in the county. We
are delighted that some of them have generously provided meal vouchers for our
award winners, providing care workers and the people we support an enjoyable
experience that they so deserve.'
