The Growth Hub Gloucestershire has hosted more than 1,800 fully funded events across its lifespan, covering everything from lead generation and property law to SEO and health and safety.

From getting the most out of social media to the ins and outs of international trade, The Growth Hub is the place to go to upskill your workforce in Gloucestershire, with fully funded access given to a wide range of inspiring training events.

The county-wide business support network hosts a variety of group workshops, one-to-one sessions and online training events all year round, empowering business leaders and their teams to develop their skills whether they're just starting up; planning their next steps; or already well established.

The Growth Hub has hosted more than 1,800 events — fully funded by the UK government — since the launch of its founder hub in Gloucester 10 years ago, helping businesspeople across the county gain invaluable skills and contacts right on their doorsteps at hubs in Cheltenham, Cirencester, Gloucester, the Forest of Dean, Stroud and Tewkesbury.

Led by some of the county's most dynamic business leaders, events range from familiar favourites like group workshops on business planning and social media, to more specialist sessions on things like how to pitch to investors, franchising and applying for patents.

Those looking to develop their financial skills can book onto workshops which look into the fundamentals of budgeting; while leaders can get inspired to implement innovative new technologies into their businesses through exploring the benefits of AI.

There are bespoke sessions available for those who need help with things like property leasing for their business; along with workshops on a range of operational topics, including for those considering exporting and international trade.

There are also opportunities to develop people skills, including how to negotiate effectively and how to handle workplace stress; sales and marketing training including things like how to optimise your website SEO and how to master your sales approach; and strategy development, such as lead generation and how to achieve more by working less.
