A recruitment drive to find as many as 30 new members of staff has been unveiled by Gloucester-headquartered ISD Solutions, as the firm prepares to complete another year of growth.

The coldstore and composite panel specialist said it was on course to reach a £46 million turnover at the end of its current financial year in January 2022 – and had a strong order book too.

ISD Solutions is a division of The P&M Group Ltd which employs 180 people and has taken on 25 new staff in the past 12 months. It expects that total to reach 220 as it looks for more installers, project and site managers.

The P&M Group Ltd underwent a restructuring in October 2021 and recently acquired Leicester-based coldstore installation specialist, Tysoe Holdings.

Andy Moon, chairman of The P&M Group Ltd, also based in Gloucester, said: ‘Recruitment has been a key area of focus for the business over the past three years, as group sales have increased by some 40 per cent.

‘The company is in a very active part of the economy – food production, distribution, retail and construction – boosted by both Brexit and the more recent growth in online shopping.’
