A new sales director is appointed at the Cheltenham office of residential property agency Jackson-Stops, with a view to growing the firm's reach in the Cotswolds.
Sophia Binns joins the firm this April 2025, bringing six years of experience in the property industry from previous roles at respected firms Andrews, Perry Bishop and Savills, where she first worked alongside Jackson-Stops Cheltenham director, Chris Jarrett.
The firm says Sophia's appointment reinforces its position as 'a leading estate agency' in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas; and marks 'a strategic step forward' for the Cheltenham office, which continues to grow its presence in the middle-to-upper tiers of the market.
In her new role, Sophia will bring 'a
dynamic blend of professionalism, drive and local market expertise' to expanding the agency's reach, the firm says, as well as developing
client relationships, leading sales strategies and supporting the wider team’s
growth and success.
Director Chris Jarrett said: 'Sophia’s
arrival is a really exciting moment for us. Having worked closely with her in the past, I know
first-hand the calibre of service she offers to clients and the energy she
brings to everything she does.
'She has an exceptional eye for detail, a real flair for property and shares our belief in providing honest, intelligent advice with a highly personal approach. I'm thrilled to be working with her again.'
Sophia said: 'I’m incredibly proud to be joining Jackson-Stops Cheltenham.
'This is
a business with strong values, a fantastic local reputation and a clear
commitment to doing things the right way. Working alongside Chris again is a
real pleasure and I’m excited to help take the business to new heights.'
