Joined by event specialists from across the Cotswolds, Oasis Events has organised a collaborative photoshoot to promote the local event industry businesses affected by the Coronavirus crisis.

Showcasing their professional skills and ability to successfully adapt to Covid-safe ways of working, the Cotswold event specialists created a luxurious harvest supper in a hayfield near Cirencester.

The model event, which was not attended by real guests, was set-up to demonstrate one way of safely catering for up to 30 people from day to evening, before government restrictions were tightened even further.

Totally weatherproof, the set up could be applied at any time of the year in an outdoor location – ready for all kinds of weddings, parties and celebrations, when government guidelines allow.

The Coronavirus pandemic has had a huge impact on the live events industry, with the whole summer season affected by social distancing restrictions and gatherings still limited.

With planning and coordination by Oasis Events, the harvest supper was captured to promote local brands, including food and drink merchants, furniture suppliers, lighting providers and many more – celebrating creative and resourceful businesses while inspiring future clients.

From private parties to corporate events, Oasis Events delivers tailored event design, planning and management solutions to support every type of client – with a new focus on virtual and hybrid events alongside live celebrations.
