Since opening its first Gloucestershire office during 2013, Lodders Solicitors has gone from strength to strength.
The team has grown substantially, specialising in a wide variety of areas, including private client, family, real estate, business services, employment, private property and agriculture.
And in June 2024, Lodders marks its 10th anniversary with a big party at its Glensanda House office in Cheltenham town centre.
Paul Mourton, managing partner and real estate specialist at Lodders, said: 'Gloucestershire is a fantastic place to live and we are proud to be part of the fabric of this vibrant and historic town.'
Lodders' specialist areas are particularly relevant to some of Gloucestershire's key industry sectors, such as business, agriculture, land management and real estate.
Paul continued: 'Since opening our Cheltenham office a decade ago, we have seen the business community go from strength to strength and look forward to continuing to support ambitious local businesses, including many of the Top 100, to grow and flourish.'
The team has worked with and supported some key Gloucestershire businesses over the years. These include CM Downton, EV Cargo, Centaur Homes, Investec, The King’s School, The Jockey Club, Hazlewoods, Savills, Handelsbanken, Countrywide Property and Brewin Dolphin, to name just a few, plus many family- and privately-owned companies in the county.
Not just established businesses, Lodders also supports and encourages new Gloucestershire start-ups and entrepreneurs: 'Gloucestershire has a fantastic reputation for being a great place to start a new business and Lodders is pleased to support entrepreneurs in Cheltenham and beyond,' said Paul.
While James Spreckley, partner and head of Lodders’ agriculture and landed estates team, noted: 'Our team of agriculture solicitors is one of the largest in the Midlands and south west and, most importantly, understands how the countryside works.
‘We are pleased to help landowners and developers across Gloucestershire to prepare for the future, delivering tailored, personal advice that is backed by a deep understanding of the rural environment and the families that depend on it.’
Lodders' 10th anniversary celebrations take place on Thursday 27 June 2024, from 5pm until late.
It will be an evening for businesses in Cheltenham and across Gloucestershire to get together for food, gin tasting and live jazz, to celebrate the county's vibrant industries and their continued success and longevity.
Any businesses wishing to attend the party should contact Angela Howard via email at angela.howard@lodders.co.uk.
