Cheltenham-based email marketing specialist Acquirz is further expanding its operations following a successful 2024, with the addition of 'a bit of northern charm' to its senior team.
The agency, which provides B2B data and email marketing solutions to help a range of businesses acquire new customers, appoints Andy Currie, who has more than 30 years of experience in the sector, as group account director this February 2025.
Founded in 2019, Acquirz is known for its innovative email strategies, deployed using 'cutting-edge' systems including its own technology; and works with recognised bands including Admiral, the Co-op and EDF, along with national SMEs across a range of sectors.
The firm says Andy, who has previously held directorial roles
at Experian, Databroker and more, brings a wealth of knowledge about all
things B2B data solutions and email marketing, from sales and strategy to data analysis and cleansing.
In his new role, Andy will support the team to build on current business pipelines whilst also acquiring new leads.
His appointment follows a period of success for the firm with 'a raft of client wins' and new hires over the last 12 months, with a year of new product launches and company developments expected in 2025, too.
