A total of £40,000 has been allocated to each of Gloucestershire’s 53 electoral divisions to ensure the benefits of a £2 million Covid-19 recovery fund are shared county-wide.
The £2 million county council Build Back Better Fund aims to make possible projects and initiatives supporting community health and wellbeing, digital inclusion, nature and the environment, healthy lifestyles and safer neighbourhoods.
Applications are open now for groups including community and voluntary organisations, charities, community interest companies, town and parish councils and sports groups.
Funding needs to be allocated by 31 March 2025.
