Landscaping at Slimbridge Wetland Centre
The vast landscape at Slimbridge Wetland Centre is home to a world of wetland wildlife, with more than 100 acres of land to explore and plenty of animals to spot.
Greenfields' landscaping experts played an important part in creating the Mission Possible habitat, home to Slimbridge's community of nēnēs, or Hawaiian Geese, alongside other advancements including seeding and laying down fresh turf, to give the environment a new lease of life and ensure 'twitchers' can birdwatch with ease.
Fencing at Dobbies Garden Centre
Dobbies Garden Centre in Tewkesbury needed fencing installed to reduce noise from the busy M5 motorway nearby, to allow shoppers to browse its beautiful selection of plants and homewares more peacefully.
The fencing team at Greenfields placed three metre high acoustic fencing on steel posts, as well as hit and miss fencing with matching fire exit and service gates, to create an aesthetically pleasing solution. Essential Armco barriers were also fitted to protect the site and equipment from possible impact, providing peace of mind, too.
Landscaping at Easington Park
A wedding at Easington Park is a truly spectacular occasion, only made better with the recent renovations to its grounds.
With the creation of a 75-metre metal-edged limestone pathway, Greenfields found a functional yet attractive way for wedding guests to get from the main house to the ceremonial area, without risking getting their stiletto heels stuck in the grass! It also replaced the ceremonial area's wooden decking with slabs of elegant Indian sandstone, for a polished look.
