Mooba Street Food, Cheltenham
Starting as a passion project back in 2022 and famous for its smash burgers, Mooba Street Food has taken on residency at Rouge Bar in Cheltenham, this October 2023.
The business works closely alongside local businesses from Meat Matters to create its own blend of native bred free range dry aged beef, offering everything from the 'Dirty Mooba' featuring a brioche bun, smash beef patty, streaky bacon, Swiss cheese, American cheese, caramelised onions and chipotle mayo to chilli beef fries — as well as plant based options, too.
Mooba Street Food is now open.
The Curious Deli, Cheltenham
Attached to its 'hip sister' The Curious Cafe, the Bath Road brunch spot has officially launched its newest venture in October 2023, The Curious Deli.
Working with local suppliers, diners can enjoy indulgent treats for breakfast, lunch, dinner and sweets too. The deli will be open from Monday to Saturday, from 7am until 5pm.
