Jingle and Mingle Christmas networking with the Forest Economic Partnership

Kick off the festivities with the last networking meeting for the Forest Economic Partnership (FEP) this year, at its 'jingle and mingle Christmas' session on Wednesday 4 December 2024.

Held at AccXel Construction School and starting at 5pm, stakeholders from across the Forest of Dean's business community will come together to hear news and updates about the FEP's project work.

Annual Christmas lecture at Hartpury University

Hartpury University’s Professor Vicky Melfi, who studies Sulawesi macaques, will be leading this year's festive lecture exploring how improving human-animal interactions could help save the planet.

The annual Christmas lecture takes place on Thursday 5 December 2024 from 6.30pm to 9pm at the university and is free to attend. Book via the university's website.

Book Discussion Group — Can Thinking Illogically Boost Your Business? — in Cheltenham

Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce is hosting a book discussion inspired by TED Talk star, Ogilvy vice chairman and author of the bestselling book Alchemy, Rory Sutherland — sharing how illogical thinking can boost business.

The book group takes place on Friday 6 December 2024 at M&M Printing and Promotions on Royal Crescent from 12.30pm to 2pm.
