Pancake-lovers can tuck into a range of delicious treats when SISU pancakes opens its first shop in Cheltenham, this September 2021.
SISU — which Laura currently runs full time from home — will stock its popular mixed boxes of pancake slices as well as cakes, including Biscoff and Oreo flavoured pancake cakes, American dry pancakes and more when it opens on Cheltenham’s Clarence Parade.
Founded by Laura Evans in 2019 when she was on maternity leave, the award-winning business is already a huge hit on social media, with its mixed boxes of pancake slices regularly selling out.
Laura even published her first pancake recipe book, The Sisu Pancakes Recipe Book, in May 2021.
Thankfully pancake fans don’t have long to wait to get their hands on the award-winning treats, as SISU Pancakes will open in Clarence Parade in Cheltenham on Wednesday 8 September 2021.
