Cheltenham’s Ritual Coffee Roasters will open to the public this April 2021.

Ritual Coffee Roasters, on Cheltenham’s Lansdown Industrial Estate, is opening its doors on Friday 2 April 2021, serving up speciality coffees from around the world, as well as locally made cakes and brownies.

Street food favourites The Woozy Pig, which has its new container kitchen within the roastery will be serving up a takeaway brunch menu over the launch weekend too.

Ritual Coffee Roasters was founded in 2019, sourcing ethical coffee from around the world and roasting it by hand in Cheltenham. It already supplies coffee to a range of independent shops and cafés locally.

Head of coffee at Ritual Coffee Roasters, Courtney Conroy, said: ‘We can’t wait to throw open the doors and welcome the community to our new roastery.

‘We’re very much a working roastery, so we’ll only be opening at weekends to begin with, starting with the four-day Easter Weekend. Monday to Friday is very much operational for us, but it’s great to be able to give a glimpse into our roastery and share what we’re about.

‘We’re stoked to have the Woozy Pig taking up residency in the roastery too with the Woozy Kitchen Container.’

After its launch event from Friday 2 to Monday 5 April 2021, Ritual Coffee Roastery will be open every weekend for takeaway coffees until lockdown restrictions lift, when it plans to allow coffee aficionados to drink-in.
