About the role
What key responsibilities does this job involve?
- Drive sales by researching, targeting and winning high value new business
- Undertake telephone, Teams and in-person meetings with potential clients
- Create compelling advertising campaign proposals
- Confidently present creative solutions to decision makers
- Introduce partners to a wider range of marketing services
- Effectively manage a busy calendar of sales activity
- Build long-term relationships across both business and lifestyle sectors
- Contribute to wider business projects as part of a small team
About you
Who would be perfect for the role?
- Proven B2B sales experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Confidence in telephone and face-to-face sales, influencing decision makers and overcoming objections
- Results-driven mindset, motivated by KPIs and data
- Proactive self-starter able to prioritise activity and manage meetings
- Problem solver, remaining calm under pressure and finding solutions to challenges
- Strong IT skills including CRMs (including HubSpot), social media platforms and Office 365
- Experience in a sales role is essential, a proven track record in the media, marketing, recruitment, IT, estate agency or professional services sector would be advantageous
- Good working knowledge of the Gloucestershire business landscape and a strong local network of contacts would also be advantageous
