Couples looking to host their big day surrounded by the splendour of nature are invited to spend an afternoon at Forest of Dean wedding venue, Forest Barns, this March 2025.
Nestled in a private hamlet with luxury accommodation, stunning countryside views and licensed indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, the farm provides a memorable setting whether couples are looking for an intimate but elegant affair, a boho festival, or a laid-back weekend gathering with friends and family.
For couples dreaming of a big day that’s truly their own, the woodland wedding venue offers an exclusive-use, two-night weekend festival experience.
With no back-to-back events, the entire space is dedicated to the celebrations, creating a stress-free, immersive experience.
Forest Barns can cater for 44 guests, sleeping 26 in its five characterful stone holiday cottages — with hot tubs, pizza oven and games room to keep everyone entertained — along with 18 day guests.
There are two separate barns for ceremonies and celebrations — one refurbished stone barn was originally built as an apple store; then there's also a fully licenced renovated wooden cider barn.
Wedding ceremonies can take place in one barn with the other used for dining, but couples also have the option to hire a marquee, stretch tent or tipi to sit within the grounds.
Forest Barns' Wedding Open Day gives couples the chance to pop in for a glass of prosecco, nibbles and a tour around Forest Barns' stunning setting in Littledean to explore all the options on offer for a rural retreat wedding.
Entry is free, but anyone wishing to attend is asked to register in advance for a place.
