Promising a magical festive family day out, the outdoor ice rink at Gloucester Quays is back — opening for the festive season on Saturday 23 November 2024.
Inviting shoppers to wrap up warm and get their skates on, it's a scenic spot to glide around on the ice, soaking up the scenery around Gloucester's historic docks.
Whether you're practicing your triple axels or just trying to stay up straight, there's loads of fun to be had on the ice — and plenty to do back on land, too.
There's a Santa's sleigh photobooth where visitors can pose for a s-elf-ie or two and there's a vintage locomotive serving up street food and hot drinks to warm you up.
Plus as well as Christmas shopping galore with up to 70 per cent off the RRP at Gloucester Quays, there's also Christmas markets every weekend throughout the run-up to Christmas until Sunday 15 December 2024, perfect for picking up unique handmade gifts and tasty local treats.
Gloucester Quays' outdoor ice rink is open from Saturday 23 November 2024 until Sunday 5 January 2025.
Tickets cost from £12 for adults; from £10.50 for juniors aged 11 to 16; from £10 for children aged three to 10; and from £10 for a wheelchair user and their carer.
Family tickets cost from £38.
Skate aids for little visitors are also available to hire for £4 and a cloakroom is available for £2, too.
